03 Account Security

04 Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
PH265 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱PHP). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are stated in the Deposit and Withdrawal page.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the method.
- KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals can only be made to an account or payment method registered under your own name.
- PH265 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
- Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
Currency
All amounts on PH265 are displayed and transacted in Philippine Peso (₱). PH265 does not charge currency conversion fees since all payments are made in ₱PHP.
05 Bonuses and Promotions
PH265 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and the Refer a Friend program. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
- Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements (also called "rollover") that must be met before withdrawal.

06 Gameplay Rules

Bets and Results
- All bets placed are final once confirmed. PH265 cannot reverse a confirmed bet unless there is a proven technical error on our side.
- In the event of a game malfunction or technical interruption, PH265 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
- Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for electronic games, and by live dealers for live casino titles.
Minimum and Maximum Bets
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed within the game interface. PH265 also reserves the right to impose account-level betting limits at its discretion.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on PH265 and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and possible legal action:

- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

Upon termination for breach, PH265 reserves the right to withold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is found, verified balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
